Data deletion
How to have what we hold about you removed, and what that does and does not touch.
How to ask
Write to hello@mybrandis.app from the address you contacted us with, or naming the connected account, and ask for deletion. You do not need an account to ask, and there is nothing to prove beyond the address or account concerned.
What gets removed
The brand record and content held for you, any stored credential for a social account you connected, and your correspondence with us.
Removing a stored credential ends MyBrandIs's access to that account immediately.
What is not ours to remove
Files on your own machine. MyBrandIs reads them where they are and never held the only copy.
Anything already published to a social platform. That lives on the platform, under your control there — deleting a post is done on the platform itself.
Disconnecting without deleting
You can withdraw MyBrandIs's access to a connected account at any time from the platform's own settings, without deleting anything else.
