What we hold
Your brand's own record: names, identity and voice, the pages you write, and references to the media and documents you bring in.
Where you connect a social account, a credential for that account, stored encrypted and used only for that account.
If you write to us, your email address and what you said.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
We do not move, alter or delete the original files on your own machine.
We do not publish anything on your behalf without a person approving it.
Media analysis
Images may be checked for safety and described automatically so they can be searched and grouped. Where that uses an outside service, it happens because the feature was deliberately switched on, and it is applied to the media you brought in for that purpose.
